Hi, I’m Claire and I’m a Level 5 Clinical Reflexology Practitioner. I studied with Jubilee College in Cambridge. My passion is helping people - helping to make them feel invigorated and re-newed by improving their well-being and mental health in a natural, nurturing, non-invasive way. Claire is brilliant! Love my reflexology sessions, very relaxing and nice to talk to Claire! I often throw a head massage in too and that is equally as lovely and relaxing! Great as always☺️

I had my first reflexology session last week. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I found the whole experience super relaxing. Claire was friendly, professional and showed great knowledge. I wouldn’t highly recommend and will be booking another session in the near future. Thank you Claire

Claire was very professional during my appointment.
She asked about my current health and asked which areas of my health needed a bit of a boost.
Claire then paid particular attention to these areas through their connections with different parts of the feet.
Overall the session was very relaxing and Claire finished up by giving a few tips on some self massage that can be done to relieve stress and promote sleep.
All in all, a recommended service !
